When you connect to our support centre, you see the list of your ticket but you don't see the tickets of your company. This is the normal default behaviour.
We can change this setting and make the tickets of you company visible to every registered user of you company. We can also authorise the registered people of your company to add comment to them.
If you want to turn sharing and commenting on, submit a ticket or just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
