First step is your identification!
In order to see your tickets' list, see the status of your tickets, manage your ticket... you must be logged in.
Click on the login link on the top right corner of the page:
Are you completely new to our ticketing system?
Select the appropriate authentication method but be sure to use right email address, it will be used to exchange with us:
Or create an account specific for our platform by signing up using the link "Sign up", i.e. to use a diffusion list for your team:
Thereafter you can login with the login form by entering email and password.
All the communication regarding the ticket will be done using that email.
Did you already submit request to us?
Connect with the right authentication method to use the same email address you've used to add previous tickets to be able to see the list of it.
You can also use the link "get a password" at the bottom of the popup to use a password specific for our ticketing platform:

Now that you are logged in, you can click on your profile icon and name to see a list of fonctionalities:
